Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Virginia within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery within the US typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Flat rate shipping: We're offering free standard shipping on all order until July 1st. 

International shipping is not available for Drop 1. We hope to offer it in future drops.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. To initiate a return, email us at hello@apresandaces.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours.

Exchanges are welcome for a different size. Same process, email us and we'll sort it out.

Because Drop 1 is a limited run, we cannot guarantee size exchanges will be available if your size has sold out. We'll always do our best.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
